Welcome to Week 4 of our 30-Day Glow Up Challenge, offering a tip a day to either work into your daily routine or use as inspiration to feel your best before the summer rolls around.
My concept of a 'glow-up' is a balanced journey that cherishes our mental well-being as much as our physical appearance. It's about feeling good inside and out, knowing that both aspects are equally important.
For me, they go hand in hand. When I feel crummy, I can start to feel better by pulling myself self together physically. And when I struggle with caring about my appearance, I usually have to look inward to see what's happening.
So much of what we're told to do to maintain and improve our mental and physical health is common sense.
However, common sense isn't always a common practice.
This week, we'll focus on easy, digestible tips and advice around our mental and physical health. You can do them all or pick one or two.
You may even be doing a few, or you may have been doing a few, but life got in the way.
It happens, and there is always time for a fresh start.
