We are now on Day 4 of the first week of our first-ever 30-Day Glow-Up Challenge. And we are setting our non-negotiable, everyday habits that will carry us through the rest of the challenge and beyond.
We aim to set new routines and rhythms this week that will become second nature by the time we wrap up in mid-May.
How are we feeling? I'm sore, but I'm already sleeping better and feeling accomplished.
And it's comforting to know so many of us are doing this together.
