This week, we placed a strong emphasis on creating or reinforcing 'Non-Negotiables', the crucial healthy habits that form the bedrock of our journey. These habits are not just important; they are essential.
Our challenge is thoughtfully designed to address various aspects of our physical and mental well-being. I firmly believe that even seemingly trivial areas, such as personal style and beauty, can profoundly impact our self-perception.
And I'm unapologetic about not wanting to spend another minute of my life not feeling peaceful in my spirit, strong in my body, and confident in my appearance.
I don't care if that makes me shallow. I want to spend my life in my 40s and beyond feeling whole in all aspects of my existence.
I broke our challenge down into four categories to cover over four weeks:

Week 4 - Healthy Extras
It's been my experience that all of these work hand in hand.
