Earlier this week, I shared the 7 Healthy Habits I’m Carrying Into 2024.

In it, I shared how I created a series of things I do when I wake up and before I go to sleep that set me up for daily success. 

Bookending your days with the same routine can keep you focused and motivated, and it can be comforting on days that weren’t so great.

Today, I’m sharing my easy-to-execute morning and evening routines with you to hopefully motivate you to curate your own.

I work from home, which comes with many benefits, like not having a commute.

It also makes it hard to stop working. You can burn out quickly since there can be little to no separation between your work day and your family life.

So, this routine helps give my day a beginning, an end, and some much-needed structure.

These are simply guidelines. I'm not rigid with it; if I miss a step, I'll be fine.
