I went through my makeup bag and bathroom drawers this weekend and realized that most of what I use every single day is from Sephora — no surprise there.
So I pulled together a quick roundup of:
The products I actually use daily
The ones I’m stocking up on.
A few new ones I’ve been eyeing and finally added to my cart
And some that are just plain fun
Let’s get into it…
Skincare Staples
Full disclosure: I recently overhauled my skincare routine with Skinbetter Science and SkinCeuticals — neither of which are at Sephora. They’re both investment brands, and while I’m liking my results so far, I’m giving them a full 90 days before making any grand statements.
That said, there are still a few tried-and-true staples I keep coming back to:
Tatcha The Camellia Cleansing Oil – Gentle, effective, and luxurious. It melts away makeup like a dream.
Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm – Rich, comforting, and beautifully nourishing.
These are completely interchangeable — I love them both and always have one on hand for my double cleanse.
As for moisturizers:
Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream – If you’re feeling dry or dull, this gives your skin that gorgeous, plump glow.
Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream with Squalane – A simple, no-fuss moisturizer that just works.
I used both all winter long when my skin was extra dry and irritated.
A few specialized finds I’m loving (or just added to try):
Biodance Bio Collagen Real Deep Mask – A fabulous mask that leaves skin feeling firm, hydrated, and refreshed.
Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta® Extra Strength Daily Peel Pads – New to me, but the reviews are incredible. Excited to try them!
Makeup Must-Haves
This is always where I get a little carried away…
Blush
Patrick Ta Major Headlines Blush Duo – I have She Left Me on Red and She’s a Doll. Both are stunning. And fun fact: Patrick recommends applying the powder first, then tapping on the cream. Total game-changer.
Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush – The most natural flush — perfect for everyday. A little goes a long way.
Foundation + Concealer
Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation – My holy grail. It’s flawless, breathable, and has a wide shade range.
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer – A classic for a reason. Medium coverage, blends beautifully, and doesn’t crease.
Kosas Revealer Concealer – I just added this to my cart. It’s supposed to be brightening and hydrating — can’t wait to test it out.
Lips + Eyes
Fenty Gloss Bombs – Long-time readers know: I’m a founding member of the Fenty Gloss Fan Club. I have every shade and love them all.
MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil – Hands down, one of the best lip liners I’ve ever worn.
Armani Beauty Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadow – I wear Cedar and Sparkle. Elegant, easy, and lasts all day.
PATRICK TA Major Dimension Eye Illusion Duo – If you want a little drama — this is it.
Anastasia DIPBROW® Pomade + #12 Brush – When I want a bold, sculpted brow. (Sold separately!)
Benefit Gimme Brow – When I want just a touch of color and shape.
New to Me (and in My Cart)
Makeup by Mario Master™ Mascara – Everyone says it lifts, volumizes, and doesn’t flake.
Makeup by Mario F4 Dual-Ended Foundation & Face Brush – Because the right brush makes all the difference.
Hourglass Phantom Glossy Lip Balm in Crave – Sheer color, hydration, and plump? Yes, please.
That’s the roundup!
Whether you’re restocking your ride-or-dies or finally pulling the trigger on something new, this is the time to shop.
And if you pick something up (or already have a favorite from the list), tell us what you’re loving in the comments.
So many great options at Sephora! Here are some of my faves:
1. Elemis cleansing balm, you are right it's incredible! I prefer the fragrance of the rose or naked options to the original. Have you ever tried the fig?
2. Rare Beauty blush - I just recently ordered this. I'm not super skilled at makeup, so am still getting used to applying it (I used way too much the first couple of times), but it is a lovely hydrating formula.
3. Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask - I always use this on overnight flights, it's a brilliant mask and moisturizer for when my skin is feeling dehydrated.
4. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow wiz - one of my ride or die products
5. Make Up For Ever lip pencil - 100% agree with you this is amazing!
6. Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-eyes Mascara - I love this when I'm going out and want a little more oomph than my daily mascara. It's a tubing mascara so it doesn't flake :)
7. Urban Decay all nighter makeup setting spray - How does it compare to the Patrick Starr "On Til Dawn" spray? I haven't ever tried that one!
I'm excited to try the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, the Fenty Gloss Bomb stix, and the Kosas brightening concealer. Also, I'm in search of a good concealer brush - do you have any recommendations? Thank you!
