This is amazing, I always have a journal with goals for personal, business and financial, but putting on a vision board and incorporating the two sounds perfect, to keep me on track and visually appealing and motivating. Thank you for all you do and share, I feel so connected to you and this group. Wishing and , your family a wonderful Christmas 🎄

I had a word for 2023 (it was "Bloom", and looking back, I really feel like I am unfurling into my true ADHD self and not hiding anymore), but this year I'm going to add the vision board! One of the best ADHD tricks I learned this year was to keep things within my sight or I forget them...so the visual of having the vision board as my laptop background and posting one in my closet seems super helpful. I love all the great ideas I get from you! As for upcoming college, I of course missed my kids like crazy when they left, (cried for hours the night before moving them into their freshman dorms) but despite missing them, it really was fun to watch my relationship change with my girl (all of a sudden, I became smart again!) AND to watch her create a life she loves. The first semester is the hardest, but my daughter texted me almost every day, and I'm sure yours will as well. My girl is 27 now and she still calls me every day on her way home from work, which makes my heart so happy :)

This is so much better than a list of New Year’s Resolutions (IMHO). I do a word heart with a group of ladies every year where we select a word that represents our goals or needs for growth -it is a lovely way to represent and support each other knowing what we are striving for. My 2023 word was “mindfulness” and it continues to carry me on the daily. I like the Vision board as it is more personal and a better tool for guiding the decisions and choices we make about our daily actions.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family. May 2024 bring all of your visions to life!

I use to do a word of the year too - I might incorporate that into my board this year! Tammy - thank you so much for you constant support in all the new verticals I try out - I appreciate it so much I can't really find the words. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours. xx
