Sharing your life experiences makes you more relatable, thus enhancing the advice you give us. I cannot afford everything, who can. But the principles are still true. Thank you! From a 70+ lady who still cares about looked put together well.
I love reading about the experiences of your 2 oldest daughters in high school - it’s reassuring to hear that not all kids experience mean girl drama. I have 3 young grandsons (8, 5, 3) and the oldest has already experienced bullying. Also have to tell you that I just bought the dress Ava is wearing! I too loved the print but because I’m 68, I’ll wear a jean jacket or cardi over it 😁
What a beautiful family you have Megan. And how heart warming it is to read of Maddie’s success in high school. “This kind of belonging shouldn’t be rare” … so true ! And “Showing up for each other is what makes it all work “( and alot of prayer) ! Thank you for helping us look good as we face the world each day. I look forward to your posts😊
We celebrated the high school graduation of our middle child(eldest son) on Saturday. So many feelings, but mostly just proud of him and grateful to have made it here. My friend says we are “bird launchers” and that they will catch the wind and soar if we time it just right. Here’s to timing! May they soar high!
